I could see today that Chip-Chan left her house. Nothing unusual these days. But I could see something that in my opinion is very important. She took some huge posters with her.. I noticed them one day before but I couldn´t see what it is..

What is she doing with? Demonstrating somewhere in Seoul? Is that the reason why she leaves more often her room for hours?

Google map, depicting locations apparently given by Chippie in her Naver

Hi there,

for the past few days I’ve been preparing this little map depicting places Chippie mentions in her blog. It would be much better if I could properly decipher bus lines and landmarks she constantly refers to - this is the best I could do. Please, keep it to yourself - if you have any additional remarks about her whereabouts, please e-mail me. Do you hapen to know if she changed her flat during last 6 months? Recordings posted by her would suggest so.

Hi, I just capped this a couple of minutes ago. I don’t know whether you find it interesting or not, I’d just like to share it. I don’t know why she’s all that dressed up or why she is leaving the appartment, but I guess she went shopping or something. She has been gone for 20 minutes now. Still waiting for her to return.

Some remarks and translations

From my point of view, she’s shizophrenic. Why?

Read her oldest entries (Google translate) on her Naver blog: http://blog.naver.com/PostList.nhn?from=postList&blogId=qewwer&viewDate=2007-04&currentPage=2 . She starts to hear sounds (mentions a roommate/neighbour visiting her and complaining about TV playing too loud), has difficulties in falling asleep (due to “noise” which only TV can alleviate). Apart from that, stalking by the cops (no “P” and money themes as for then), check this:

“Turn on the TV and l am handling sleep every once intentionally. Before I woke up in the middle because of the noise”

“Now a loud knocking at your door the next room girl protested enough to shut up, even though my room. I have a big TV does not even hear any sound also The whole night.”

Compare that with paranoid schizophrenia definition:

By the way - her apparent address may be improper - check the Daum streetview for that address and compare with photographs she uploaded to her blog (the ones with several policemen standing by the block, pointing in the direction of the photographer). The adjacent buildings simply do not match - I “travelled” around the whole quarter just to check. In her oldest antries she gives a lot of addresses and places, unfortunately I’m not that good in determining them on map. These might be a good clue, if anyone can help with finding them, that would be great.

I am unsure whether this is a good and helpful decision or a detestably bad one, but for now that is irrelevant. How I know the things which I know also does not matter yet, although later it may become useful for everybody if it would become publicly known. She is telling the uncorrupted truth when claiming that there is a malevolent individual stalking her and has performed experiments on her; from her perspective with limited knowledge. After all, not everybody is sensitive enough to such abhorrence that she is being subjected to. I am sadly not able to tell whether or not her mental health is unstained, as the human mind often chooses to avoid affiliation with things beyond their understanding, which results to insanity.

What I am able to tell you, however, is that the “Officer P” is not your ordinary police officer nor government official and that he is dangerously atrocious. Exposing his identity would without doubt be too risky for reasons which I hope you understand, and as ridiculous as it may sound like, I do not have certainity about who he truly is, only suspicions leaning towards two of which he could be either one. Nevertheless, investigating into it too profoundly would undoubtedly put yourselves in harm’s way in one way or another, be it an assault by him or the revelation being too much to handle. However, I am not saying that it would be bad to help her; she desperately needs help, but I have a suspicion that she is beyond the help of ordinary doctors or government even if they chose to offer their help.

Notwithstanding this, I firmly believe and hope that I am not alone in knowing what the detestable “Officer P” is. Already for a while, it has become an unavoidable reality, finally confirmed by some of the very people who have submitted information to your blog, that he is one of a highly debated variety. You must understand the complete picture from these few clues, combine with certain posts from other people and you know the truth. If you are unable to understand, that is very unfortunate, but for me it is sadly too dangerous to describe him in a way that could lead into trouble with some of my associates, who may or may not be supportive of “Officer P”…

From what I have gathered, it would be most likely that “Officer P” is either F***** or A*******, both which are about equally possible, but myself I would lean more towards F***** from the recent lighting issues and other electricity-related phenomenon. I hope you understand why I must expurgate the names, but I am confident that there is somebody out there who now experiences a revelation from the partial names and I believe that they will take the next step at trying to help this distressed young woman. That is what I hope for, if nothing more. Please, I beg you to get her out from this hell before “Officer P” decides to proceed into what I believe is the next step in his devilish plan.

I apologize for this being overly long and obscure but hopefully this is not an obstacle to some people who wish to help her, as it is one of the matters which would bring joy to the world if she was helped!

I apologize deeply for submitting two posts in such a short time, but I am fairly certain that “Officer P” is actually indeed F*****, as I now know for certain that A******* is nowhere even remotely near South Korea but is living in England. This means it either is F***** or somebody completely different who shares very many similarities. I also see that now she is at home and using her laptop, occasionally with a wide smile on her face that shows her teeth, coming to the conclusion that she is amused by whatever it is that she is using the laptop for. This is what I believe could be called a “good sign” of her mental health, especially adding to the observations that she is leaving her house more often and seems to be more open about herself!
